The International Career Writing Program (ICWP) is a twelve month’s British Academic funded project led by Lancaster University in collaboration with Kenyatta University in Kenya, Academy of Sciences and IRESSEF from Senegal as core partners. The project aims to provide support and develop the skills of early career researchers from Africa uptake their research in high-impact international journals, publications and grant awards. The project also seeks to provide the necessary knowledge to stimulate their professional networks, develop research partnership and advise on international career development. The project has had enrolled 117 early career researchers from 31 institutions in 6 African countries.
